Post reach and engagement are two important factors when running a business on social media. Post reach allows you to get a hold of the amount of views each post is getting by your followers, while post engagement shows you which posts your followers seem to be more interactive with. It’s significance is to serve your business what your audience is more likely interested in what you have to offer. Also, will allow your business to grow. For the privacy changes, I believe it’s good to have a restriction of information so it won’t get leaked out to others. There are so many fake accounts or scam artists trying to create fraud. Having Facebook privacy will keep certain information private for your eyes only.
